Please be aware the fund is to contribute to student expenses only and cannot guarantee all support requesting. 

Making an appeal

Students, parent/carers or staff members are entitled to request a review with a Student funding claim throughout the academic year. While we appreciate financial need, we cannot always guarantee to support with all costs incurred.

If you feel funding awarded does not meet the guidelines or policy set, please submit an appeal for a formal review to be made. Please contact us via email on studentfunding@barnsley.ac.uk or visiting the Student Services team the Old Mill Lane campus to request a form to make an appeal.
